Calming Honey Mask

Heat the honey in the microwave for a few seconds, then combine it with the cinnamon and lemon juice into a bowl. Lemon acid helps to exfoliate your skin and can minimize the appearance of dark spots on your face. Cinnamon helps to reduce inflammation and redness, and it also absorbs excess oil on your skin, leaving it fresh and radiant. Gently massage the mixture on your face, leave on for 15 – 20 minutes, then wash off.

2

Exfoliating Sugar Scrub Mask

Get a soft and glowy finish with this brown sugar and coconut oil scrub. The brown sugar gently exfoliates your skin while the coconut oil brings it extra moisture. Use equal parts brown sugar to coconut oil to create an easy-to-apply scrub. Massage into your face in circles, keep it on for a few minutes, then rinse off for beautiful, healthy skin!

3

Egg Whites Face Peel

The protein from egg whites works wonders on your skin, it helps to smooth wrinkles and restore moisture for beautiful, dewey skin. First, beat the egg whites and apply directly to your face. Place a thin tissue over the egg whites, then put another layer of egg whites over the tissue. When completely dry, peel off in an upward direction and rinse face. Egg white perfection!

4

Healthy and Hydrating Avocado Mask

This powerful moisturizing mask is great after a day of exposing your skin to the elements. Mash the avocado until it is soft, then mix with the yogurt and honey. Apply it to your face and leave on for 10 – 15 minutes. Try adding 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil for even more moisture and supple skin!

Inflammation Reducing Oatmeal Mask

Oats are an amazing natural exfoliator and are also known for their soothing powers on your skin. This is perfect for a post-beach trip or on a super cold day when your skin needs some love! Mash the oats together with the banana and the honey to form a paste. The honey gives this mask anti-bacterial properties to reduce redness and let your skin shine!
