Instead of changing heads like the Trinity, the CACI has different setting for different parts of the face and neck. I personally like both devices and think they are both great at what they do. The CACI is better if you are looking for an “all in one” type solution, that will give you overall great results. The Trinity is, in my opinion, the more powerful of the two because of the optional extra attachements you can purchase.
